On Thursday Walter said it was not satisfying a NYSE continued listing standard.
鈥淭he NYSE requires that the average closing price per share of a listed company's common stock be at least $US1.00 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period,鈥� Walter said.
鈥淎s of March 3, 2015, the average closing price per share of the company's common stock over the preceding 30 trading-day period was $0.99. Under the NYSE's rules, the company has six months to regain compliance with the NYSE's continued listing standards.鈥�
Walter did not comment on this news in its announcement, or reveal what steps it might consider to help lift its share price performance.
