The expansion project has provided about $60 million of work to the JV so far with a $10 million awarded last month.
WDS said the balance of works contract covered installation and commissioning of three compression stations.
“This section of works is the remaining portion of the current Daandine expansion project,” WDS CEO and managing director Laurie Voyer said.
All the JV contracts have flowed from a construction master services agreement it struck with Arrow, which is 50:50 owned by PetroChina and Shell, in July 2014.
The Daandine compression station, 40km west of Dalby in Queensland, is being upgraded to support Arrow’s commitment to the Australian domestic gas market.
When work on the Daandine central gas processing facility is completed in 2015, it will provide an additional 18.5 terajoules of gas per day, improving existing capacity by around 60%.
